To help us maintain accurate attendance records and ensure student safety, please report any student absence as soon as possible.
Calling the Attendance Line on 01709 300699 (please do not leave a voicemail)
Emailing Attendance@trc.ac.uk
Please include the student’s full name, reason for their absence and the time(s) they will be absent.
For appointments, specify the appointment type (e.g. Doctor, Dentist, Orthodontist). Evidence is required for Orthodontist and Hospital appointments and can be emailed to Attendance@trc.ac.uk or shown at Reception.
Leaving college during the day Students must sign out at Reception before leaving and sign back in if they return later that day. Appointment evidence can be provided when signing out.
Late arrivals Students who are running late should email their teacher directly. If they miss the entire lesson, they must email Attendance with the reason so the correct attendance mark can be recorded.
Informing your teachers is a courtesy and one that we encourage. Please ensure that you follow the above procedure. Thank you for your support in helping us maintain effective attendance and safeguarding procedures.
