Will choose to engage in other extra and super curricular activities and events because they understand the vital importance of these to support (1) their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and (2) develop their skills (including curiosity) to secure their next best step. |
| Every student should graduate from TRC having secured their next best step, whether this is an Apprenticeship, Employment or Further/Higher Education course |

| In offering a broad range of Level 2 and / or Level 3 Academic, Technical and Occupational courses in line with both student career choice, aspiration and interests as well as local, regional and national skills needs. | (Subject to meeting entry criteria) has / is given the opportunity to achieve GCSE English and Mathematics qualifications at the appropriate level (4 / >4) for their career choice and aspiration.
