RUSH

Join the RUSH.  A High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class designed to target all major muscle groups through a series of strength training and metabolic conditioning.  Continue to burn calories for hours after this 30-minute workout.

Studio Cycling

A cycle class for all individual fitness levels.  A fantastic fat burner.  Covers strength and endurance training.

LBT

Muscle toning sessions for legs, bums, and tums.  Targeting every muscle from the waist down.  A good class for all those problem areas.

Studio Circuits

A studio resistance workout targeting all the major muscle groups, giving you the ultimate tone and definition in a fun group environment.

Body Conditioning

Uses weights, bars and bodyweight resistance to tone and strengthen all muscle groups.  A fun and enjoyable workout to tone up all your muscles.
