Studio Cycling

A cycle class for all individual fitness levels.  A fantastic fat burner.  Covers strength and endurance training.


Muscle toning sessions for legs, bums, and tums.  Targeting every muscle from the waist down.  A good class for all those problem areas.

Bootcamp box

A tough challenge for even the most seasoned exercise class attendees. Have some fun and let off some steam whilst enjoying an intense workout. Weights, cardio and boxing.

Studio Circuits

A studio cardio and resistance workout targeting all the major muscle groups, giving you the ultimate tone and definition in a fun group environment.

Body Conditioning

Uses weights, bars and bodyweight resistance to tone and strengthen all muscle groups.  A fun and enjoyable workout to tone up all your muscles.

Thursday Boot Camp Box 18:00 – 19:00
Saturday Body Conditioning 09.00 – 10:00
Sunday Studio Cycling 10:00 – 11:00
